I think it’s so much fun to make door wreaths in different themes throughout the year and I use super light styrolite wreaths that can be painted with hobby paint. Then it’s just a matter of beading suitable motifs and gluing them onto the wreath. Attach with a pretty ribbon to the door.
Here, there are no patterns yet, but you might be inspired by the pictures in the meantime.
