Brooches in mini Hama beads

Hello, I hope you are doing well during this time of confinement. Right now, I want to do activities that are simple to do and don’t require too much thought. I can’t get into sewing or getting into crochet projects. I tap into my gear and the long-awaited wish list.
A long time ago, I loved the article proposed by Mymy Cracra, a DIY lemon brooch in mini Hama beads . I knew the big Hama beads and the small ones seemed ideal to me to quickly make cute and pretty accessories to enhance your outfits. During a sales period in a hobby store, I came across these mini beads and took the opportunity to buy several colors as well as the plates to make the patterns. I waited a very long time before getting started because I always tend to get overwhelmed and put other projects first but since we have to stay at home, I thought it was the opportunity to use them.
Mymy offered a nice lemon brooch model, unfortunately, I didn’t have the heart-shaped plate, ideal for making this kind of model. So I looked on Pinterest for different designs I could make with the plates I had. I believe the hexagon is the best, I have only used this one.
I chose models among the creations in Miyuki bead weaving because the choice is really very wide. I was a little afraid to start because the beads are small and I dreaded the ironing stage to finalize the patterns. I used tweezers to facilitate the meticulous work (I also accidentally dropped it on the table, which led me to start a pattern again, you have to be super vigilant ^^) and finally, the ironing step was done easily because as the pearls are small, it is done quickly.
I share with you the chosen patterns and the name of the creators of the models:

The parrot from Lulu and The Little Pea (I added a row at the belly to make it plumper and pearls at the head to garnish it)

A cute cat modeled after Pauline Eline

A pretty bird, motif of Liliazalea

A pretty fox with its floral crown, pattern by Pauline Eline

Have you ever made works with hama beads? Have you embarked on new creative challenges in recent weeks? I found it amusing and I really want to make new ones ♥
