Bead net for eggs made of Hama beads
Do this
- 1Start by watching the video on how to thread the nets .
- 2Thread a purple bead that you tie to the thread, we disregard this in the calculation. String beads according to the following pattern: 4 yellow, 1 purple, this is repeated until you have 7 yellow and 6 purple lots, ending with a yellow lot. Now thread the thread into the third purple bead from the start. String up 4 yellows, 1 purple and 4 more yellows. Link via the first purple bead. Continue threading yellow and purple sections that are linked by a purple bead according to the pattern above. Repeat a total of 5 times and finish with the thread in the opposite direction from the starting thread. Link by knitting in the same way as previous rounds.
- 3Now it’s time to bead the flowers that will be on top. Follow the pattern found among the pictures.
- 4Place an ironing paper over the pearls and iron the pearl plate together. Be careful not to iron the beads too hard, as they will then be more difficult to bend. Please watch the video on how to best iron your pearls.
- 5Place the flowers to cool over a rounded shape, such as a small ball, so that they fit the eggs.
- 6Thread the net over the egg and lastly thread the flower.
- 7Tie a ribbon and your egg is ready to hang.
- 8Tip! Make small flowers to glue to the meeting points of the net.
Pearl fine nets to decorate your eggs with. It may seem a little clever, but the film will help you get the technique right. The finished eggs are nice both in a bowl and in the Easter cake.
