I am always looking for a fun and easy craft project to do with my kids around Christmas time.  Not only is crafting a great way to spend family time getting in the Christmas spirit, but it’s also a good way for the kids to make something special for their loved ones. Over the years, we’ve made more than our fair share of Christmas Artkal Bead patterns. Many of them hang proudly on our tree each and every year.  

This year, I thought I’d share with you some of my favorite simple Artkal Bead Christmas patterns.  You can make them with your kids and easily turn them into Christmas tree ornaments or magnets.

If you’ve never used fuse beads before, here’s my Ultimate Artkal Bead Guide to help you get started. I’ve made these patterns simple enough that even the youngest Artkal Bead artist should have no problem doing them.

Supplies needed for Easy Christmas Artkal Bead Patterns

All you need are your basic Artkal Beads supplies to create these simple designs. If you don’t have any supplies, everything you need (except the iron) can be purchased in this Artkal Bead bucket. It’s worth noting though that these patterns take a lot of red, green, and white Artkal Beads. So depending on how many patterns you plan on making, you may need to stock up on those colors. Or if your kids are anything like mine they love to make conventional things, unconventional colors. So colors might not be an issue.

Artkal Bead Christmas Sock House

My favorite Christmas tradition as a child was opening my stocking. It was always filled with fun treats and things to play with. This Artkal Bead 3D Christmas Sock House. Make it with your family or friends as a Christmas activity.

3D Christmas Carriage

I love the way this Artkal Bead Christmas Carriage came out.Special 3D Christmas Carriage for you this year. Need about 7000 beads. More suitable for experienced players, if you want to challenge it can also be, Artkal provides video and tutorials

Candy Cane

The best, and easiest, candy cane pattern can be made on a heart pegboard. My heart pegboard lost a few of it’s pegs, so I had to come up with a candy cane on a small square pegboard. It does the trick.

Santa

Ho ho ho!  No Christmas Artkal Bead collection would be complete without Santa Claus, and this cute little Santa is a fun tribute to the man in red.  He’s made on a small hexagon pegboard, and Santa only takes a few minutes to make.
